Does This Plugin Work with Multisite?

The dev version does work with MS https://github.com/lesterchan/wp-dbmanager/archive/master.zip but it only works with the Network Activate, you still have to configure the plugin on an individual site basis.

My backup folder is writable, I’m using the latest master version, but still my installation complains about the folder not being writable, and the htaccess not being present. It is. How to solve?

Wait, so it needs to be done site-by-site even on Network Activate?

If you did the network activate, the main site backup should contains everything (including the sub sites)
