Does this plugin work with Multi-sites?

Good afternoon,

We are in need of custom 404 pages for all of our sites, and I found your plugin. I just have a quick question: Does it work well with multi-sites? We would like to set it up on the network setting where it would then provide the same 404 page for every sub-site that we have.
