Does this plugin work with Multi-Site?

I mean, is there a way to show all the posts with thumbnails in the main site of a multisite install? Showing all the posts from all subdomains in that installation.

I searched the forum, but can’t seem to find any information about it.

Also see that the changelog says: “multisite support”, but im not sure if it refers to each subdomain being able to use independently the plugin, or if it really gathers all blog posts from all subdomains to show into one place.
