Does this plugin work together with Cloudflare and Cloudflare Rocket Loader?

When using the latest web protocols, a lot of the stuff that plugin does isn’t best practice any more.

Using HTTP/2 by enabling SSL on your CloudFlare WordPress site can provide the biggest performance improvement. I recommend you do this with CloudFlare’s Full SSL option, but you can also use Flexible SSL.

WordPress rendering pages slowly (e.g. due to a heavy theme or set of plugins) can slow page load time, you might be able to benefit from the Cache Everything page rule.

Using Mirage Image Optimisation and Polish on CloudFlare can also significantly help things.
