Does this plugin support woocommerce refunds?

    We need a gateway that allows us to process refunds easily from within woocommerce, does this plugin have this capability?

    Yes, it does.

    There is also a sandbox mode, and your CardConnect rep can you those sandbox credentials for testing.

    Thanks for the reply! I’m glad it supports these features. I’m curious about some of the other bugs that have been reported.

    We’re thinking of using this gateway, but I definitely don’t want our customers to be charged the wrong amounts or have any security issues.

    Is there a changelog I can see?

    Hi Headsaflame,

    Yes, the issue with incorrect amounts was address a couple of versions ago. This seemed to only affect certain hosting server setups, and we only saw it on 3 users out of all users.

    The changelog can be found on the “Development” tab of this WordPress plugin’s main page.

    You’re first line of support should be with CardConnect support: 877-828-0720 ext. 120, in case you need immediate assistance. CardConnect can give you sandbox credentials if you would like to test things before going live.
