Yes indeed! As of version 3.0.0 it supports 3D Secure for Visa & Mastercard, as per the plugin’s changelog.

@dsmithweb why are you linking to a different plugin, the previous one by SkyVerge?

Oops, good catch! Sorry about that. The SkyVerge Braintree extension, beloved though it is by many users, is a separate entity… and not at the moment available through WooCommerce.

This extension also supports 3D Secure verification, in compliance with the latest Braintree SDK standard.

    I’m a little confused now.

The plugin is in version 1.2.5 and not in version 3.
So does this plugin in version 1.2.5 support 3DS?

I’ve installed it and test it with a braintree sandbox account on which 3DS is activated.
I used a test card number provided by braintree with 3DS activation.
I was able to pay and my order has been validated.
But I didn’t see the step where I should have fill a 3DS form.
Are you sure 3DS works ?

    thanks.
    franck.

    Hey Franck,

Sorry for the confusion earlier. PayPal Powered by Braintree 1.2.5 doesn’t support 3DS.
