Does this plugin still work?

I realize this is an old plugin, but I wa wondering – does this plugin still work as a CDN for wordpress? If so, how do you configure it properly since dropbox seems to have changed the format of their URL’s, the “copy public link” option isn’t available anymore, so how do we find the proper URL to enter here so it will work?
