I installed this a long time ago, and have updated it for years. I see the following drop in plugins:

    advanced-cache
    db
    object-cache

I was wondering if these files are still needed.

    Hello @ixodie

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
If you still have W3 Total Cache installed then yes, those files are needed as those are drop-in files from W3 Total Cache – added in order for specific caching modules can work properly:
advanced-cache.php – Added when Page Caching is enabled in W3 Total Cache settings
db.php – Added when Database caching is enabled in W3 Total Cache settings
object-cache.php – Added when Object caching is enabled in W3 Total Cache settings

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks!
