Answer is NO. This plugin doesn’t use/modify .htaccess.

Reason I ask is how do I know if I’ve created 2 redirs of same thing?

With this plugin, there won’t be duplicate redirects.

How are the redirs created Joel if not in .htaccess? Can one View/edit ot?

This plugin redirects using WordPress built-in function wp_redirect().

You can close by selecting Status as Resolved (In sidebar of this page).
