Does this plugin generate .htaccess instructions?

    A ghost keeps inserting a line in our .htaccess forcing the site to use 7.0 PHP. The host has told us to look for any plugins that might be doing this. So, I’m asking you, does your plugin contain any instructions to add lines to .htaccess to limit the php levels to 7.0. Woo Commerce can’t run on that level anymore, so the site will keep crashing till we ferret out this ghost.

    None of my plugins adds or makes use of any .htaccess whatsoever.
