Does this plugin exist?

Hi,
I work for an organization. We have a membership directory built on Microsoft Access. I would like to have a searchable directory (like a phone book) on our website for our members. Is there a plugin that can import a text file (tab) of our access database? I’d like to export a file from access, and import it into the plugin. So far, I’ve checked out Connections plugin, but it looks like you have to input each person individually.
Any help would be appreciated!
