Using this plugin on all my sites and really love it.
On one particular site an editor with admin privilges claimed she couldn’t access the site. Neither could I when I tried but I changed the login to/admin and got in, and found that the plugin had been de-activated. She said she hadn’t done it and that she had updated it.
It wasn’t updated when I got in so I updated and activated it.
Is it possible for this sort of thing to happen (de-activate automatically) or is it user error? Thanks.

  • It can’t deactivate by itself. But it’s a possibility that it was deactivated for the update, the update failed for whatever reason, and so it stayed deactivated after.

Thanks Remy – perhaps that is what happened.
