Does this plugin check currently pending comments?

    I have about 3000 comments in the moderation queue. When I activate the plugin, does it look through my pending comments, or does it only filter new comments once activated? Thanks for helping me understand, cheers!

    Anti-spam plugin does not check pending comments.
    It only filters new comments after plugin’s activation.
