    10Web Booster is not a plugin I am familiar with. I asked the only other human with an administrator account on this site if they were responsible. They had never heard of 10Web Booster. We do have Slider by 10Web installed. This is a multi-site where there are Editor users setup for clients.

    Does this plugin show banners to install other 10Web products to users of any permission level? Did this plugin auto-install 10Web Booster? It crashed some sites and caused phone calls, and we have no idea how it was installed or activated.
