Does this display in the EU only?

    Does, or can this plugin be set to, display only if the user is in the EU Geographic region? Our website is for both the US and the EU. We do not want the US users to have to opt in or out of cookies. The only cookies we use are Cloudflare, Vimeo, Google Analytics, and wordpress core.

    There is no Geolocation functionality.

    The reason is that EU citizens that are outside of the EU are still protected by the same Law. That would make geolocation useless.
