Does this affect Adsense?

I’ve just installed it on my site and seems to work perfect on speed test and other stuff… but on my adsense control panel, all my evaluation is lowest ??
1 of the 4 blocked url is https://thehouseofrock.org/doubleclick/DARTIframe.html?gtVersion=200_25&mediaserver=http%3A%2F%2Fs0.2mdn.n
So please, need support!
