Does the premium version allow for other affiliate links besides Amazon and B&N?

    Hello, I’ve been using this plugin on my site for a while and am considering upgrading to the premium version in order to add my own affiliate links. However, I’m not sure if the plugin allows for affiliate links for sites other than Amazon and B&N. Kobo, iBooks, and several of the other ebookstores also have affiliate programs, and if I upgrade the plugin I would like to add my affiliate code to the links for these stores as well. Is this possible with the current version? Thanks!

    Apple iBooks
    Amazon
    Kindle
    Audible.com
    Barnes & Noble
    Nook
    Kobo
