    Hello,

    I want to send an email to users who don’t complete their orders. However, I have a question:
    Are these emails also sent to non-logged-in users?
    For example, if a user provides their name and email address during checkout but doesn’t log in, will they still receive the email?

    Yes, the plugin is designed to send recovery emails to both logged-in and non-logged-in users. Once a user enters their email address during checkout, the plugin captures it and ensures the recovery email is sent regardless of their login status.
