After using the Advanced Page Manager plugin it feels like this plugin only does half the work as I cannot seem to manage parent/child pages. Advanced Page Manager achieved this using drag and drop.

I also liked how Advanced Page Manager replaced the default “All Pages” page without losing any of the default functionality.

Advanced Page Manager is no longer being supported. It’s up for adoption. Why not undertake it or at least use aspects of it?

    Hi Clarus!

We do support Parent / Child pages and also with drag and drop functionality.
So don’t know why you thought we don’t? But you can drag and drop pages anywhere. ??

    You’re correct. My mistake.

I didn’t realise I had to release the drop when hovering over the required parent page. I was expecting to visually see an indented arrow inferring the placement. I now understand that the green tick is the indication I need to go by.

I find this plugin to be superior to the Advanced Page Manager plugin in that removed pages are defaulted to trash rather than being deleted permanently. I learned this the very hard way with the said plugin.

Thanks for your plugin and your support.

    You are welcome!

I get why this may not have been clear for you at first hand. We do have a screenshot on our screenshots page where this is shown.

Maybe we should make a video of the usage, we’re going to look into it.

Thank you for the comprehensive review and off course 5 star rating. ??
