    Hi there,

    I’m reading some mixed comments about the plugin sending customer e-mails after importing. I will be importing ~6.000 orders and I don’t want the system to send any e-mails regarding the orders.

    I read that normally the plugin doesn’t send e-mails, but it might conflict with third party plugins. I’m using quite a few plugins (orders numbers e.t.c). But I need to know for sure that the plugin won’t send any emails.

    Are there steps that I can undertake to ensure no e-mails are sent? Please let me know.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Normally, the plugin does not send emails to customers during order import. However, we have noticed that certain third-party plugins might conflict with ours and send emails to customers. To avoid this issue, we recommend temporarily disabling any third-party plugins that modify or customize orders on your site and then performing the import.
