• Hi,
does the plug-in support integration with Salesforce cases? I would like to set it up so that customers who reach us via website’s contact forms leads to cases automatically created in Salesforce.
I have read the documentation and didn’t find any reference to cases.

    thanks!

    Hey @razique,

Are you using our plugin, did you check if the case object is in your list?

This usually works fine if you are using the API version and not web2case.

    Thank You – Sam

    Hi Sam,
thanks for the prompt reply. No I haven’t setup the plug-in yet, I wanted to know whether I could use it for cases before proceeding ??
I have checked and I do have API enabled in Salesforce — reading more carefully the documentation, I see:

First select any salesforce object then Map contact form fields to salesforce object fields. There is No limitation on number of fields. You can map unlimited fields.

Does that mean I can create mapping from CF fields to any object in SalesForce? Is this available with the free version of the plug-in?
    cheers.

    Hey @razique.

The best way to see what your version has enabled is to download the free version.

    Thank You – Sam
