Does the plugin allow employee management

  • Hello,
    I need to know if the plugin will accomplish my goals.
    I need to have users (not admins) create an account for themselves, pay for the benefit package, then be able to track their available benefits. I also need them to be able to request payout from their account and receive the payments to their debit card on file.
    Admins must be able to administer all users from their group (different departments)
    I will use Woocommerce to create and price benefit packages.
