Flexible and Developer Friendly

  • I am working with a complicated project and I decided to use Gravity Forms for user registration, Profile Builder Pro for front-end user profile editing and for admin user management in conjunction with ACF.

    I did research a bit on various user plugins and ended up getting refunds because there was something that seemed inflexible.

    Profile Builder Pro has solved that for me as I have been able to offload the hard work of user editing by using their plugin and add-ons.

    This plugin as heaps of configuration and components, so do spend some time reading the documentation as there are lots of moving parts.

    No plugin in the world is going to make user management a simple thing w/o reading the docs. PBP has definitely made my life easier and I have enjoyed woking with it.

    The support was a bit slow to begin with but after explaining they were stumped, their replies have been a lot faster.

    I can definitely recommend this plugin for any task/project regardless of size, keep up the good work!

    We deeply apologize for the delayed response. I see that it was sent 4 hours ago.

    There has been great load on our support team in the past few days, but such a long reply time is very uncommon.

    We are truly committed to this product — it’s one of our best. We are constantly releasing updates and since it has so many users, we are certainly not thinking about abandoning it.
