    I’m confused

in the plugin description, I can read:

Ecommerce Report?shows you important store stats like total revenue, conversion rate, average order value, top referral sources, and more (all in one place).

But After installed and configured it looks like for “eCommerce” tracking you need to buy the pro version.

But in the description, the eCommerce feature is not listed under a “Pro version” title.

    Hi @bluantinoo,

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for any confusion!

Yes, eCommerce reporting and tracking is part of the Pro version of MonsterInsights. We try to provide as much value as possible to our users by communicating the Pro version features because a lot of users aren’t aware of them and can benefit greatly.

Please let me know if you have further questions, or how else I can continue to help out.

    Thank you.

If you want to communicate the Pro version features at best,
maybe you should make it clear that those features are available in the Pro version only.
Sorry, but the description is quite misleading…

    Hi @bluantinoo,

I’m sorry it didn’t feel clear! I appreciate your feedback and have forwarded it to our team. If you would like to share anything else, please feel welcome to let me know.

    Thank you!

    Hi @otrebor95,

Thanks for sharing. I’m sorry for the trouble here.

MonsterInsights can be deactivated and deleted like any other WordPress plugin. To do this please go to your Plugins page while logged into your WordPress site and look for the name Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights. Deactivating and deleting this will remove MonsterInsights from your WordPress site.

Here’s a general uninstall plugin guide in case it helps: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-properly-uninstall-a-wordpress-plugin/

If it’s not in your plugin list, then it’s possible you may need to use cPanel File Manager or SFTP (e.g., FileZilla) to remove the folder google-analytics-for-wordpress.

If the above suggestions do not work, you may need to ask your hosting provider to help you delete the plugin.

As for that critical error message, would you be able to reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/get-help/ so we can take a look at things directly to resolve it?

    Thank you!
