    The bar isn’t supposed to go away after the images have loaded. That’s not what this progress bar does.

    What you’d need to do is add some kind of jQuery onload action to hide the progress bar after the page has loaded.

    All the progress bar does is display a progress bar, for example if you are 55% done with a project and you wanted to display that on your site. It’s not intended to be used as a loading bar.
