• I personally opened a ticket on 5 November 2022 and today, 11 January 2023, after several reminders, I have still not received a response. It has now been 2 months that I have been waiting….

    I see several people complaining that they don’t get a reply from the Premium Support.
    Despite the update in August 2022 to solve incompatibility problems with PHP 8.0, there are people who complain about problems and receive no response. PHP 7.4 is now EOL, one must switch to PHP 8.x.

    What is happening? Is this plugin to be considered dead?
    This worries me a little, since the plugin is used in a production and business site (not an amateur)… and you?
    It would be nice if the author could clarify the situation…
