    Hi
Your product was promoted on the WooCommerce mail. The search box is looking great.
I quickly run through your description and found two places, you talked about a data is not uploaded to your backend.

As we do not want any external connections. Can your product also be run locally?

    Hi,

Thank you for your message! We apologize for the delay that happened due to the high load of requests we experience lately.

As we understand, you’d like to use Searchanise without it being active on your storefront for now, is that correct? If so, we should say Searchanise can only be installed this way (not locally) just like most plugins, as far as we know.

Still, if you have a staging store or have a chance to create one, you can install Searchanise there and safely test it.

We hope this answer is helpful. Please contact us via email at [email protected] if any further questions appear. Thank you!

    Maybe you misunderstood.

Not about a staging or production server. When your plugin is installed on our web server, does it need a connection to one of your servers for every search?

We’re sorry if we misunderstood your initial question! The point is that there’s no way to run Searchanise locally. We’re sorry for the inconvenience!

We hope this reply was helpful. Please let us know if you still have any questions.
