Does SG Optimizer overwrite define( ‘WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE’, false ); ?

    We are trying to hunt down the reason why websites with that string, that should theoretically block wp core updates, seemingly ignore it. It SEEMS to be correlated with being hosted on siteground.

    We were pointed in the direction of a plugin overwriting that parameter.

    Is SG optimizer doing this?

    The feature in question is not blocked by the SiteGround Optimizer plugin.

    On our end, we have an auto-update system that could be the origin of the reported issue. If you would like this to be investigated further, please open a new ticket from your SiteGround User Area so we can check the logs and the configuration of your application.
