Does scanner include services for which you may not require consent?

    Hi, I’m building a site with woocommerce and I intend to use paypal for the transactions.

    After using the scanner I get some recommendation which I’am not sure they are correct.

    For example I get a recommendation for google fonts and gravatar. But I uploaded google fonts locally and block the website for fetching them from google (I block them with elementor) and also I’ve disabled avatars from wordpress settings. Should I still get consent for them?

    I also see a woocommerce recommendation but no Paypal. But when you use paypal you send information to US, shouldn’t paypal also be included?

    So I am a little bit confused if I should exlude google fonts and gravatar and probably include a Paypal consent. Also the paypal consent should it be included in the inittial banner or before the transaction?
