• If the “Refuse Consent” option is enabled and the user clicks “no“, are third party non-functional cookies actually disabled by the plugin? Or is that just the trigger for another piece of code or plugin to handle?

  • Would like to know this too, as a tool I used claimed this wasn’t GDPR compliant for this exact reason.. but I’m unsure if the tool is accurate or just trying to sell its own cookie plugin.

    @eqr2020 Because there has been no response from the developer, my assumption is that if a user clicks “no” nothing really happens.

    How are you handling GDPR compliance?

    Currently using Cookiebot. Depending on the size of your site though it isn’t free.
