Does purge this page link clear all types of cache for specific url?

    Hi wondering if PURGE THIS PAGE, clear all types of cache added to LiteSpeed handling, for that specific link only? Was googling, but couldn’t find anything, only Purge All. I wan’t to know if I have cloudflare added is it purged as well.

    Please inform me how this works.

    Hi,

    For example you are on https://domain.com/some-page, and in this page you clicked purge this page on admin bar, it shall only purge this “some-page”.

    So you haven’t answered if that will purge as well for only that page cloudflare as well, if I connected it via api.

    Hi,

    No , by default CF doesn’t cache page , it only caches static resources like CSS/JS/Images, only if you set page rule “cache everything”

    also , cloudflare’s per URI cache in only available to their enterprise plan if I remember correctly.

    I have enterprise, so does it purge cloudflare page html cache by url? When clicked on a link Purge this page?

    Hi,

    Please confirm that you have “cache everything” on CF side that caches PHP pages.

    and “purge this page” only purges LSCWP , but won’t purge CF side, only “purge CF” will purge everything on CF side

    but if needed, we can add it to to-do list.

    Please add it into to-do list. Or tell me which hook is called during the click of Purge this page. So I could manually add that type of clearing using your cloudflare api wrapper.

    Sure. We will add the following in future version to enhance CF communication:

    1. Purge a page will notify CF too.

    2. Purge All will notify CF too.
