    Do core automatic updates work for you?

    If so: just give it more time. It will perform the update eventually.

    Yes, core automatic updates do work.

    According to the Background Update Tester:

    PASS: Your WordPress install can communicate with www.remarpro.com securely.
    PASS: No version control systems were detected.
    PASS: Your installation of WordPress doesn’t require FTP credentials to perform updates.
    PASS: All of your WordPress files are writable.

    The plugins have not auto updated yet.

    I’ve watched several automatic Plugin updates fire on several hosts.

    Are you sure you have Plugin Updates enabled?

    Yes, the “Permit Automatic Plugin Updates?” checkbox is checked.

    Still no upgrade. Maybe tha fact that I’m using a non-english version of WordPress has to do with it.

    This is the value of the “update_control_options” option in the DB:

    a:12:{s:6:"active";s:3:"yes";s:4:"core";s:5:"minor";s:6:"plugin";b:1;s:5:"theme";b:1;s:11:"translation";b:1;s:14:"toggleadvanced";s:4:"hide";s:8:"vcscheck";b:1;s:11:"emailactive";s:3:"yes";s:12:"successemail";b:1;s:12:"failureemail";b:1;s:13:"criticalemail";b:1;s:10:"debugemail";b:0;}

    By chance: are you running in a multisite network environment?
