• I was seeing that you don’t get access to all the features unless you use Facebook Connect but I don’t see my pixels that are in my Business Manager account just my personal one.

    Do I need to enter that pixel manually?

    Hi,

    if the Pixel is created correctly, you should see it after facebook connection and after selecting the right Facebook Account where the pixel stays.

    Thanks, I do have one Pixel setup the way you suggested which does show up but there’s a tool called Business Manager that allows you to manage Pixels more independently if you manage them for separate businesses or clients etc. Unfortunately, I think those ones won’t show up. I added the Pixel manually but wondered what features I’d be missing out on this way. I have to take a look further.

    Not sure if Facebook Connect’s api even supports this, I didn’t look at that.

    Try to reset the internal cache of the plugin. Click into the button “Clear transients” you find inside the “Advanced Settings” box of general settings tab.

    After clicking, refresh the page and try again if you find the pixel.

    I’m having the same issue when trying to connect from a Business Account. It only shows the Personal Ad accounts.

    Uhm, maybe we need to add a new permission during the facebook login in order to have access to your businesses.

    We are working on a new version of a plugin and we’ll add the new permission in the facebook app for the login. Then, you should be able to see all other accounts of your businesses.

    So please, I need to ask to wait for that for the next month. Keep updated with the changelog and try the new version as soon as is available ?? Thank for your patience.

    I have the same issue.

    You can create extra pixels in Business Manager… and these accounts are listed as “Business Only”.

    The Pixel I want to use is not showing up in Pixel Caffeine, so I have to enter it manually.

    Will be looking out for an update that will solve this.
