• This Divi site has around 850 image files that need to be renamed and updated with title, description and alt-text.

I have been testing Phoenix Media Rename and I have encountered an issue where the images saved to the pages disappear after being updated.

Is this because the plugin doesn’t work with Divi, or have I misunderstood or misconfigured the plugin?

    Thanks,

    John

    Hi @reachonline,
I verified compatibility with Divi some time ago, but I don’t know if the new version of the editor introduced some issue.

I’ll check it as soon as possible and let you know.

In Phoenix Media Rename setting there aren’t option that may cause similar issue, so the problem can’t be related to a misconfiguration.

    Thank you for reporting.

    Hi @reachonline,
I’ve tested Phoenix Media Rename with Divi (the developers kindly gave me a developer version) and everything seems to work, but there are plenty of ways to add images with Divi builder, which kind of block have you used?

    Hi @crossi72 ,

Thank you so much for checking this with Divi. We have added images using various block types so I can’t narrow it down. I’ve re-tested on our Dev site and it seems to be working, so I’ll have a go at doing a few images in bulk next and also on our live site and I’ll let you know if I replicate the original issue.

    Cheers,

    John
