Does this plugin work for iOS users being able to buy and hear MP3 files on their devices? Apparently there is an EDD issue with iOS in which users cannot download (or hear) MP3 files bought via EDD.

Re. the iOS issue…. I found a crude workaround, but it’s hardly ideal. I was using Chrome browser on iPhone, no way to play or save EDD purchased MP3 files. I copied the URL to the purchased download, switched to Apple’s Safari browser on iPhone, and pasted the link. I was asked if I wanted to “View or Download” — when choosing “Download” it works. When choosing “View” it does not work.

    Hello @dougjoseph

My apologies. I never received the notification of your question.

Our plugin only includes the player on the products’ pages. It does not interfere or participate in the sales process.

The sales process is controlled directly by the “Easy Digital Downloads” plugin. EDD generates the download links and sends the notification emails to the buyers.

You can try the player in our plugin by visiting the demo website:

    Best regards.
