Does or can Anythingpop have destination URL?

I am using vantage theme with site origin page builder. one of the built in widgets is a “button (PB)” and it asks for the title of the button, then the destination URL. It also asks if I want this to open in a new window, the alignment of the button and then style.
My question is can we use some sort of css or anything for that matter to manipulate the buttons destination URL so that when the button is selected or clicked the anything pop window will appear?
ideally if you could enter the anything pop shortcode into the destination URL space, but its just trying to recognize that as a webpage.
