• Tried to use this plugin to transfer users to another site, to find that it does not work and has meant a lot of manual updating of information. The plugin however kindly sends out an email to the user saying their account has been updated, yet they are unable to login, unfortunately, I have had to use an alternative solution as time was short, so cannot leave a good or bad review

    Hi Javier I do have to apologise, I have just realised that the responses I refer to are not hosted in your support pages… they are in the plugin – hacks section, i shall ammend my rating to a neutral 3 stars. However I there is this one reply to the exact issue, where the user has had to use an alternative plugin

    You have to use the first two columns to import the username and email but tomorrow I tell you with more details.

    As you can read in the plugin when you are going to import this is said:

    File must contain at least 2 columns: username and email. These should be the first two columns and it should be placed in this order: username and email. If there are more columns, this plugin will manage it automatically.

    This is in the import page so please before using the plugin: read the main screen.

    After it I have to tell you that please, be careful with this kind of reviews: 1 star without ask first.

    Sometimes I think in leave this project for this kind of reviews. Why? Because I work hard on this for hours. And yes I don’t expect earn money, but what I really expect is “thanks” from the users and with your review I think for my own “In addition to spend my time fo free in this, I get bad times from the users”.

    So please, read the documentation, reconsider the 3 stars also and yes, I will try to improve the plugin soon in order to be able to use any kind of order with user email and user login.

    I am a software developer myself and know the effort that goes into developing projects, I read through all the documentation that you provide and followed them exactly as you put, but your plugin does not work. I changed to 3 stars out of respect for reading and quoting an article that was on a different part of the WordPress site which you might have not seen, that said your plugin still does not work for me, so I cannot give you a positive review, as that would be deceiving people who read the reviews.
