Does not work…too bad

  • Dropped the code in a page, did not work. Tries all my page templates, including full width and nothing appeared.

    I am using the theme Border from Themeforest.

    Hi Motti_b,

    Sorry you were unable to get things to work. I would almost guarantee that you have some sort of JavaScript error on the page. The timeline is laid out, initialized and faded in all using Javascript.

    Unfortunately the themes found on Theme Forest do not always follow WordPress standards or best coding practices, and usually have a number of issues working with third party plugins. For one, a lot of themes unload and re-enqueue a version of jQuery that doesn’t come bundled with WordPress core which is obviously going to cause a ton of issues. Especially with plugins such as this one that rely on the core bundled version of jQuery.

    Working with either the theme developers (who you have paid to provide you with support) or purchasing a support license with us would have gotten the issue cleared up within minutes.
