    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Would like to update you that the error message you are referring to are PHP warming message and will not hamper any functionality of Smart Reporter. Also, the same messages are appearing as the ‘WP_DEBUG‘ mode set would be set to ‘true’ on your site.You can also set the same to ‘false’ to hide the same warning messages.

    Further, we did have a recheck and were unable to reproduce the same issue with Smart Reporter in a WP-multi site environment. Could you please also make sure that you are having the latest copy of Smart Reporter[i.e. v2.9.6] installed on your site.

    If still the issue persists, request you to kindly mail us your wordpress admin login credentials along with a short issue description at ‘[email protected]’ so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.

    P.S. For any further queries or further communication, request you to kindly mail us at ‘[email protected]’.

    I am facing the same issue as well.

    @fid,

    Could you please confirm whether you are facing the same issue with the latest version of Smart Reporter (i.e. 2.9.14) or not? If you are not using the latest version then request you to kindly update to the latest version and then have a recheck with the same issue.

    Also, you could try to reproduce the same issue by having only Smart Reporter and WooCommerce plugins active on your site to rule out any possible plugin conflicts.

    If still the issue persists, request you to kindly mail us your wordpress admin login credentials along with a short issue description at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’ so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.
