I’m having trouble updating the review count. I tried to, but it never reloaded the new reviews. So I figured I needed to update to the latest version. Now it does not work at all, and is giving me an ugly error to my website.

The error shown in the plugin is: You got an error while trying to run this plugin. Please upgrade all the plugins from Trustindex and if the error still persist send the content of the webserver’s error log and the content of the Troubleshooting tab to the support!

Per the instructions, here is the output:

    Hello @jaylee79 ,

We are checking your issue, please give us one more day.
The problem could be the version difference between the Google and the Capterra plugins.

We will get back to you soon,

We were able to proceed without errors using FireFox. Chrome still gives me errors but implementing FireFox worked so it seems to be working well for me.

    Thank you!
