Does not work with WP 5.0 in localhost

  • Just updated to WP 5.0. Using Popup Builder 3.1.2. Stopped working. In fact, I can no longer see my popups when I go to the Popup Builder – All Popups. Just a blank page.
    Update – Changed my rating to 4 stars. Above statement should be limited to localhost. Updated live site to WP 5.0.1 and this plugin is working fine. If this thing ever works in localhost I will add the last star because it is indeed a versatile plugin for popups. That is my only complaint.

    Our plugin does work with WP 5.0 and it has been tested before the release.
    This is a unique problem that not all of our users have.

    P.S. Maybe we’re wrong, but this is not a good practice to add a 1-star review for the plugin before contacting the Support for help. ??

    Could you also please let us know the steps after which the issue appears (I mean you have updated the WP and then went to the dashboard and saw the issue or maybe after creating a new popup)?
    Also, did you have any error logs?
