• Every time this plugin updates, the JS changes I’ve made are gone and I can no longer take credit cards at my site. So if you’re an ecommerce site and use WooCommerce, do NOT use Siteground Optimizer. The support from Siteground eventually responds and says they can’t be expected to be able to anticipate every conceivable set of potential issues. I agree, but WooCommerce isn’t an obscure piece of software; it’s the most common ecommerce plugin on the market. But Optimizer breaks it.

The plugin works flawlessly with WooCommerce. You are experiencing problems with your theme. We address all issues reported in the forum. If you open a thread we will look into it too.

Plugin works if you disable some functions like “Defer Render-blocking JavaScript” in the frontend section otherwise the fade in minicart on the side when clicking the cartmenu button does not fade in

and for some reason when i deactivated the plugin completly simply adding a text box became unvisible, turned sg optimizer plugin back on and textbox was back alive.

excluding types from lazy load doesn’t make a big difference in showing some of the items but i think it’s best to remove them all out of the exclude section.

for me the biggest search was the minicart that for some reason was not visible and seems to be the “defer render blocking javascript” switch

This is a problem with your theme and not the plugin or WooCommerce.
