You know, it is tough to deal with unreasonable reviews. I get that. But calling them a spammer and saying they should be “forcefully ejected” is a step too far.

Some food for thought: the two plugin authors in this topic have a reputation that’s good and well earned. It isn’t easy to deal with these reviews but replies like these don’t do anything for the nameless reviewer. It does possibly effect you in a bad way.

Consider giving this video a watch.

Just a suggestion. There’s nothing here that needs moderating but people do read the reviews.

Hi Jan – difficult to convey meaning via words sometimes, I was being tongue in cheek.

It is disheartening when you get a lame review which isn’t justified or followed up, and then to see the reviewer repeating the same behaviour elsewhere on other plugins compounds the feeling.

I’ve moved on!
