• Does not work with Sparkling theme, there is no positive effekt on the password protected page. With the activated plugin there are appearing two messages. One is from the plugin, the other from wordpress.
    No answer from support.

    Hi @stefanbraun,

    Sorry if your support thread was missed. I can’t seem to find it. If you can send the link I’ll take a look and see if we can help.

    Thanks for the message. There is no link because I wrote to you with direct message from the support page on your website.
    As you can see on this page
    https://stefanbraun.eu/download/
    the message text is appearing twice. Once generated by your plugin, a second time the standard wordpress message that does not vanish.
    Thank you

    Hi @stefanbraun,

    I have tried installing the Sparkling theme and can can confirm that it is working for me – https://i.imgur.com/0ZgJ4eM.png

    To confirm, are you using this theme?

    As a workaround, it will be possible to hide the text with CSS. Please try copying the following CSS into your theme via this guide:

    .protected-post-form .row .col-lg-10 p:last-of-type {
      display: none;
    }

    Hello, thanks for the informations. But it doesn’t work for me. I am using the sparkling theme (your theme link is correct) on two different blogs and both blogs showing the same problem. I have double checked the functions, I have deactivated all plugins and I also have used a standard theme (WordPress nineteen) and the problem is still appearing.
    Also the additional CSS does not fix it. All themes and plugins and also WP is uptodate.

    It seems like another plugin must be changing the password pages. Please could you send a list of the plugins which are active on the site? I will check to see if any changes are required in those plugin settings for best results.
