    Hello, do you add the fee on all the gateways? It is individual for each of them, if you add it on COD, it will work only on COD.

    You have to add for each gateway you want the fee to apply

    Ok, i just checked and it works properly for me.

    Can you please try with the theme Twenty Fourteen and let me know if it works or not?

    However, which versions of WordPress and WooCommerce are you running?
