Does not work with gift cards

  • We have tried Woocommerce ultimate gift cards and also YITH gift cards. When used with pargo enabled, the gift cards are not added to the cart and we recieve this message :

    “Gift Card has been removed from your basket because it has since been modified. You can add it back to your basket here.”

    When we disable pargo, the gift cards work fine.

    I believe this has to do with a feature that was introduced in woocommerce in 2018 where cart item data is verified. For some reason, pargo either change the gift cards or updates them, which changes their hashes stored in the session and then invalidates the items.

    This is what I believe. Any ideas ?
