Does not work with custom theme

WooCommerce works out of the box with all WordPress themes as of version 3.3, even if they are not WooCommerce-specific themes and do not formally declare support. Therefore, the store vacation plugin should also function as expected regardless of the theme that your website running.

Also just FYI, ideally people will post in the support forum so issues like this can be investigated and resolved.
