DOES NOT work with custom taxonomies

This plugin is totally incompatible with custom taxonomies, or any system that has more than one taxonomy registered. It doubles up the thets_order meta value in the database, and ignores (completely hides from the site) any terms that have the same value as another. The only solution I’ve been able to find is to manually update the thets_order values in the database. A possible permanent solution would be to prepend the taxonomy slug to $term_key in the-taxonomy-sort.php at line 130, so 2 items could both have the value 1 without one of them getting omitted.
