• Activated this on one of the most popular WordPress themes there is and it broke the site. Deactivating it fixed the problem. Support suggested I pay them extra to get them to fix it or I use a basic woocommerce theme.

    hahaha no thnks.

  • Hi,

As our plugin Return refund and exchange for Woocommerce is highly compatible with all the woo commerce standard themes, so it will definitely work with all of them
and as you know there are millions of themes so it’s impossible to make the compatibility with all of them, on the other hand our 3000+ client on free and 1670+ clients on the pro one are using this plugin feasibly without any concern of any theme, so one out of hundred times it may create some small CSS issue with such theme.

If still you have any concern then you can contact us we are always here to help you.

Your plugin prevented any content showing except the header and footer with one of the most popular themes on market (woodmart). It’s not an obscure theme. Your support suggested I use the basic WordPress storefront theme to get it working instead. If I wanted to use a basic theme I would have used Shopify. I wasn’t impressed with this solution. Your support suggested I pay to have it modified to get it to work with the theme. Good luck with your ‘many’ clients but we won’t be using your plugin thanks.

    Hello

Thanks for your response, we are sorry for the inconvenience you’ve faced.

But as you already know that it’s impossible to make the plugin compatible with millions of themes and it might be a minor CSS issue with your theme, so if you want any help from us then you can connect with us anytime.

Maybe something is getting lost in translation here but we never expected your plugin to be compatable with millions of themes. We are using the 4th best selling theme for woocommerce. We were not told it would be a minor CSS issue. We were told that if we wanted your plugin to work then we should just switch to a basic theme like ‘storefront’. You don’t seem to understand that the majprity of woocommerce users prefer to use themes other than the defaults. Maybe you should look into making sure your plugin works with at least the 10 best selling woocommerce themes on themeforest and go from there?

    1. Woodmart is in the to 5 best-selling themes across any marketplace.
    2. Your suggestion to me was to switch our theme to storefront and just use that instead which is an unacceptable solution.
    3. You stated that if we wanted your plugin to work with your theme we would have to pay a fee which I think I remember was a lot more than the plug-in itself.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your suggestion!

We are trying to keep a check regarding the concern you’ve faced and we will try our best to maintain the compatibility with almost all top popular WooCommerce themes in the upcoming updates, if you still have any concerns then kindly connect with us over the support so that we can help you in the much better way.

    Thanks
