Does not work with 2FA

If I try to login the following happens.

1) The login screen appears (I can see the recaptcha icon on the right).

2) I enter my login information and hit return.

3) The Two factor Authentication screen appears for a very short time and
then reverts to the logins screen again before I have a chance to enter the 2FA text.

I see at least one other person has this problem. In my case I am using a different
two factor authentication plugin than them as follows:
